Michel Cloosterman from the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® provides us with an insight into the method initiated by LEGO CEO Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen back in 1996. Kristiansen knew that the answers to solving the problems his company was facing were locked up within his management team. It took several years to formalised the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method but this unique approach has since gone on to help organisations across the world. Michel gives us peek into how the method continues to cut through habitual thinking, gives the whole team a share of voice and unlocks new knowledge through creativity and the power of imagination.
